The training fee for the basic materials is $880, and the training time is 3 weeks. Classes are held Monday through Friday for one hour per day (appointment required), and other times are available for in-store practice. The specific training content and course arrangement are as follows:
a.) On the first day, trainees will learn the theoretical knowledge of eyelash extensions, understand the material, length, curl, style, and basic pricing of eyelashes, as well as communication skills in Chinese and English, and how to respond to customer questions. Trainees are required to review and consolidate the knowledge at home.
b.) Days 2-5, or the first week, will be dedicated to practicing on mannequin heads. Trainees will master the basic skills of natural single-root grafting technology and blooming grafting technology, which require repeated practice.
c.) Days 6-10, or the second week, will be focused on real-life practice (trainees need to find their own models). Trainees will learn how to clean before serving clients, how to use eye patches and tape, and how to use tweezers and glue. It is important to practice repeatedly.
d.) Days 10-15, or the third week, will enable trainees to master various network popular eyelash techniques, which also require repeated practice.
Trainees who are hired will have a one-month probationary period, and those who pass the probation will be hired as regular employees.
Note: Trainees who complete in-store training and show outstanding performance may obtain a Los Angeles beauty license and stay to work in the store. (Canny Beauty Lashes reserves the right of final interpretation).
